Stana Fox: Interior Designer
Stana, founder of Onyx Interior design, is based in Aberdeen where she enjoys family life with her husband, two children, and Labrador Jake. Her approach to design comes from a lifelong curiosity about how colour, culture, materials, and natureinfluence the way we live. Trained in interior design, colour psychology, and child psychology, Stana understands how design affects mood, wellbeing, and everyday life. Living in London, Canada, the United States, and Denmark has shaped her timeless and personal style, combining mid century modern character and contemporary simplicity with the beauty of Scottish Victorian homes. Calm, approachable, and practical, she communicates clearly and guides each project with confidence and care. What inspires her most is seeing the excitement on her clients’ faces when they view their first 3D design and can imagine their home taking shape. That moment fuels her passion for creating spaces that are personal, meaningful, and filled with warmth so people fall in love with their home again.
